Yes, different time zones, people's schedules, etc will be taken into consideration and there will be arrangements to try and ensure as many people as possible will not miss out.

We will be carefully planning behind the scenes if enough people are interested.

I do like the idea of a special forum for members to come to and find out the dates and times of different events going on in chat...I think that would be great so thank you so much for the suggestion hborre
