@MattGreenfield - most of the time you send a site mail to store staff which does not get checked as much as email or you post your request in the forum and if it is on the weekend, it takes a little longer because we are not on all day on the weekends as we are in the office during the week.

If you would please send an email with your merge requests to store@renderosity.com in the future, you will find it gets taken care of a little faster
