I went to the survey but it is no longer active. I am directed to a page that says the following:

Poser/DS Marketplace Survey The form Poser/DS Marketplace Survey is no longer accepting responses. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake.

EDIT Oops I see you say you closed the survey. Sorry. Didn't read through the whole thread.
