Hello,
Hope is no longer with us and so I am sorry that this has been causing an issue for you for so long.
I have talked to the programmer and he looked into it and does not see a reason for you to be having these issues.
Please log out and log back in and then try again.
Please let me know what happens and provide me with a screenshot so I can take it back to the programmer.
