Almost all Poser objects are in .OBJ format, usually found in the Geometries folder. You can import these into Blender. However you will need to scale them up in order to work with them - I usually go x 10 - because of Poser's ridiculously tiny scale. If you wish to create morph targets, you will need to maintain vertex order as well. There are heaps of tutorials on importing .OBJ files into Blender: check on YouTube.
