This is the key to texture creation you need to extend the edges and match them as best you can. The masters do it so well. I am still learning this part myself. There are a couple merchant resource products here in the marketplace that helps, unfortunately they are made for V4 not M4. But the technique is still the same. I am not at my work system at the moment. I will provide more information tomorrow.
