Load M4 obj file in Blender. Load your textures in their material zones. Use the texture paint tools to correct your textures at the seams. Blender allows to paint directly on the figure, and then resave your textures.
Repaint in the main viewport with Symmetry ON, so you only have to correct one side, (the other is mirrored automatically)
