Snarlygribbly's EZskin3 HAS a hair shader built in that does wonders for transmapped hair in Superfly (Cycles). It is free at CGbytes and of course is fantastic for cycles skin shaders. there is talk of a build 89 but I can only find build 88 and I think CGBytes version is even older.
