  1. No Response from Password Reset

Repeatedly, when I've tried to reset a password, I get no response. This has been true over a period of several months. When I clicked on the "I didn't get reset instructions" link, I was pushed to a page that says "Your account has already been activated!"

  1. No way to get support for #1 until I can get logged in, which is what Problem #1 is about.

I finally figured out which password I'd been using (obviously, since there is no way to get technical help without logging on first, which is useless if logging on is the problem!). If I hadn't figured this out, I could not have found a way to get help from Renderosity to get to my purchases. This is unconscionable both ethically, and from a customer-service standpoint.
