The Poser Pro installer tried to do just what it should have; install Poser Pro (which is 64bit) to program files, and install the content to shared documents, so that you could save things there (perform write operations) without interference from Windows' User Account Control (a security feature which protects programs from malware attack). Do not put content anywhere within program files.

You might try uninstalling, then re-install and this time go with the default installation locations.
