Agree with Boni, a good attempt. But there is quite much more to grasp when in pursuit of realistic type renders. I suggest doing some research on gamma correction and linear workflow, this will help to improve both lighting set up and texture response to those lights. And I mention this because the model in the render is exhibiting a specular bloom which is typical of too much lighting on the stage. Gc will correct this.
