Because the additional clauses are stated beforehand, I think it's valid to have them... it's up to the buyer whether or not to buy. And up to ones with more initiative to approach her on her price to drop that clause, if they really want to do that... And what if they are forced to change their user name for some reason? It happens quite often around here. Is their license invalid then? Yeah, good question... and how does one enforce this anyway!
