Hello,

The bank is the one that declined your transaction, not Renderosity. There is a 2 step process when placing an order...the "charge" you see on your account is actually a pending charge and will fall off within 2-7 business days depending upon how quickly your financial institution processes pending charges.

When an item is still in your cart, you were not charged for the item/s as the order never went through which means you will see the pending charge on your bank account.

When an order goes through correctly, you will no longer see the items in your cart and will be provided with an order number.

As far as why the payment was declined, you will have to contact your financial institution to find out why. They may also be able to drop the pending charges if you tell them there is not any order attached to the payments.

I have been out of the office and will double check to see if we received an email from you however I have not seen one so far.
