As I said above, I am not making any political points here, FWIW, I believe most politicians are lying, cheating self interested bastards. Including any and all I may have voted for in the past. As has been said "Democracy is the worst form of government in the world... apart from all the others".

@EClarke1894 - judging from your post, I have offended you. My apologies; it certainly wasn't my intention. I regard everyone here as "fellow travellers", at the very least, and a good many of you as friends. You Sir, are definitely someone I regard as a friend. I will happily continue the discussion via sitemail if you wish. If not, I hope you can accept my apology anyhow.
