Well ... since they are all different sizes etc. a single action wouldn't do you well. I can however suggest this. Create a new blank file at the size and dimensions you reqire ... "place" each image in the "page" and adjust size, focus etc. one at a time ... then "save as" when you are done to the file of your choice. Time consuming? Yes. Professional results? Yes as well, depending on your skill and experience. Some things that need to be done well, unfortunately take time.
