Sorry I couldn't help. All I can now suggest is you start over again, download the 32 bit installer from DAZ, not sure if this comes as a zip file or not (by the way, do you have windows set up to show the 3 letter file extensions, I find this helps to understand what sort of file you are dealing with). If it comes as a zip file, unzip it. Double click on the exe file and it should all work. It will ask if you want to remove old versions of the installer if you have any installed. Miki 4 also comes as an exe file if I recall, so when I installed her it was just a matter of double clicking on the file and following instructions. (But again the exe file may be zipped, in which case you unzip itfirst.) Content from rendo that is meant for poser is very easy to install. You just download the zip files, then in poser 10 go to the content room and click on the install from zip archive. It will open an explorer window, navigate to the zip file, select it and click on open. Poser then lets you choose which of your runtimes you want to install it in.
