If I was using modelled hair I'd probably start with one of the 3dream hairstyles.

3Dream and Mairy Zephyrus Hair - has the comb over and fly away morphs but would need to be pulled up 'n' out at the front with a magnet or the morph brush

Aether Hair by Mairy, plus3d, 3Dream - a little more difficult to morph but not impossible

some older hair made for v3/m3 - but there are V4 morphs that can be downloaded and the hair can be scaled/moved to fit m4 - these could also be morphed to work using the Steps add on by Shahara...
