That is not exactly what I said.

I said if you need to know information about a product you purchased or what they used in a promo image so you could find it, that was fine.

I said you could not spam them. If it is a technical issue or a question about a product, you can reach out to them.

If you want to contact them to create something for you, that is what the Marketplace wishing well is for.
