That hair on the link page is "Betty Hair for Genesis 3 Female(s), Genesis 2 Female(s) and Victoria 4" from SWAM available at Daz3d. Due to the outside linking policy from Renderosity, I'm not allowed to post a live link here.
Just goto Daz and do a search on Swam and Betty Hair. Good luck!
