Within the Zip app, click on an extract button and select the primary content folder where you want the runtime to be installed. In this case, my Victoria 4 folder. The extracted runtime and the existing runtime will merge, installing all your new content into the Poser Library. Please note the destination pathway and folder selection.

If I go ahead and open Poser, I should find these poses in my Victoria 4 runtime under the poses tab.
