Another thing I can attest to is, we rarely have flame wars at HiveWire, as it's a pretty "friendly" and helpful group, and we try our best to keep it that way.

You can thank Lisa's moderation for that, because you do actually have flamewars, but she's quick to put them out with her moderation as she knows when the are coming, not letting them fester for hours or days. This needs to happen here more often.
