Try asking on the DAZ Forums. I know there's something you have to do to make Michael 4 work on your computer, and I can't remember what it is right now. Sorry!

Online Now!

you have to run the batch file.

It's located in the Runtime/Libraries/!DAZ folder.

There is one for his Gens, too, if you bought them.

Nope, sorry willshetterly, this is not the solution. M4, as well as V4, need to be initialized before they accept any morph package. Assuming that the OP is using a Window based computer, follow this path where M4/V4 is installed: Runtime>Libraries>!DAZ

Within the !DAZ folder, find the DzCreateExPFiles-M4.bat for M4 or DzCreateExPFiles-V4.bat for V4 and double-click these files to initialize the base models. This should be run after each and every morph package installed into the runtime. But also be aware, base models and morph packages must be installed in the same runtime and not in Program Files folder if you are running Vista or higher. There are severe problems if everything is installed into the application runtime folder.

Edit: beaten to it.
