Usually the Cr2 is divided into 2 main sections; all the stuff you need is in the second part.

There's a line in each section which reads: forcelimits, which will either be set to 0 (no limits) or 1 (limits set).

Search and replace forcelimits 1 to forcelimits 0

Save out under a different name.
