As Phil C says above for making a PoserStuff folder, however to plan ahead I would make a sub-folder (SM for example) and extract to that. This will allow you add extra subfolders and runtimes in the future that are easy to flip between and search as you add more content (its surprising how quick you add stuff). Think of a runtime as a reference book you can pick up and browse through- the less pages the easier is to find what you want.

If you are a Windows user then you can right click on a runtime folder and 'Open with Explorer' to get a standard explorer window to drag/drop/rename/delete stuff.
