Usually the path, for DIM, would be C:/Users/Public/Docuemnts/My Daz 3D Library/. DS defaults to that and to, for you, C://Users/Paul/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/. Any other path would ahve to be manually added to DS (like adding an external library in Poser) - the quickest route is to right-click on Daz Studio Formats/Poser Formats in the Content Library pane and choose the Add ... directory option - however, adding plain C://Users/Paul/Documents/ would not be good as it creates nested content directories - a content directory inside another content - which causes ambiguity when creating the relative paths for saved scenes (I suspect that's why Poser used to write absolute paths for content not in the default Runtime).
