IIRC, clothing can be created using the same method for prepping G3 except for applying the Willdial script. But it is correct, all clothing items are specifically made for DS. Character morphs are usually imported along with the base model and are dial driven. However, if you add other morph packages in DS, you would need to rerun Willdial's script to import those new features.
