Agree - and what to me doesn't help is the lack of communication regarding the problem, I asked a question in another thread regarding the removal of the followers nearly 3 weeks ago - still no answer. Seems to me the staff are in a - if we stick our heads in the sand maybe the problem will go away mode.

I have stated that all clones have been banned from the site and also that we are going to remove them from the system completely so they are not seen at all as soon as we can.

The programmer has been working on a big project and will remove them from the site as soon as he can.

I realize it stinks because they can still be seen however the important thing is they do not have access to the site and this has been taken care of.

As far as the credit card issue, I have address all of that as well and there is a post above stating the same thing I have said in another thread which is the clones have nothing to do with information being compromised. The two are completely irrelevant to one another.

There has not been any new posts about CC information being compromised and we called all the financial institutions that were provided to us and found that the cards were used other places as well. The owner of the company, VP, and 2 programmers scanned EVERYTHING over the last 4 or 5 months and there was nothing there.

I posted this in all the threads regarding the CC concerns as well.

I am not sure why you think our heads are in the sand as we have addressed all the concerns however when people come in after you and say the same kinds of things you already addressed, there is no point of coming back in and repeating yourself.
