The culprit is in the hair file: It's the internal name "figureHair". Poser recognizes the tag and replaces any previous prop hair with the new one. Just rename the "figureHair" to e.g., "figure_Hair" and you can add as many hair props as you wish. Remember that it occurs three times per file: Twice near the top, as "prop figureHair", and then again at the end of the file as "addActor figureHair" You must rename all three.
A much easier way is:
Load the hair prop into an empty scene then save it back to the Props library.
Or, if you want to have it as a smart prop, load into the scene with your desired figure, then save out as a smart prop.
Simples.
