When you get the hang of it you will find that bryce renders will be better than poser(I think so at least..).Make sure to add light,the standard light wont do and play around with the reflectiveness of the armour tex..if you dont know how to there should be a tut about somwhere here...also remember that transparancy doesn't automaticly work from poser to bryce(eyes and hair for exmp )
