When I recently had a similar issue with the trouser cuff of a marketplace item in Poser 11, I sitemailed the vendor, to VanishingPoints great credit they replied within 2 hours with a corrected copy and explaining they had "adjusted the joint center on the left leg" it worked, ( I'm not pretending to fully understand the how and why of that)
