And I have no idea why they don't just convert a Renderosity Gift Certificate to Store Credit upon request. Easy peasy, customer friendly, and absolutely no downside that I can see, but they won't accommodate this. Yet in a most convoluted way I can take the Rendo GC, buy a product, not download it and ask to return it and they will ONLY give me store credit.
