Things like the original Universal Texture Converter where made by 3D Universe and Dimension 3d makes some excellent utility's. So it's not outside the realms of possibility's for someone else to make something like this.

Yeah but if 3DU got involved they'd deliberately not convert the genitals for "ethical" reasons. From an outfit that used to include a camel toe morph on all their characters, I found that laughable but there you go.
