Okay, I've bombed through 26 pages of this thread hoping to find an answer, but it looks like I'm the only one having this problem . . . I've downloaded the demo version, along with Biscuit's video tutorial (Thank you!!!). I've followed along, step by step, but I get an "out of memory" error when I try to set up hair on V4. I have 16 GB of RAM on this machine, so I don't see how I can be running out of memory.

Also, I've been reading about presets through this thread. There are NO presets available in the pull-down menus. Is that feature only available in the full version?

Please advise.
