It could get a lot easier actually for us.

There's a new open source app that basically let's you copy and paste between apps. As in ctrlC in one, ctrlV in the other.

Right now it's working for blender, sketchup, and a few other apps.

OK, it's just mesh and uvs. But that's all I need anyway to go between apps myself... (I'm an architectual modeler rather than a slave to the figures....)

But I wonder if the code could be forked and adapted......
