Hi Yaesu. One of the things you might need depending on the version of Poser is Adobe Air. Not sure if the link will paste here, but let's give this a try

Copy that to notepad, or anyway you want to do it, and delete the asterisk. When you install Adobe Air, make sure to watch for and deselect check box to add norton (or mcafee) or change your homepage (I forget which one it does). Hoe this helps.
