Subject: What's up with customer support?

Andy, what I do have works. However, I would prefer the entire product, as there are selections among the missing that i bought the product for, in the first place. And of course, I'm not talking about just the images in the interface--selecting them inside the interface needs to apply the corresponding lines to V4, just to be specific, when it is properly installed with all parts of the script. There's no point in just having the images representative of those lines that are missing. Just being a little redundant here, so there isn't a misunderstanding.

I can wait until Tuesday, since I've waited this long anyway. I'd prefer to have the full working product instead of a refund at this time.
