Once an item is downloaded the vendor needs to approve any refunds. Please continue to work with the vendor, or ask the vendor if they will approve a refund. This is an OLDER product, and DS has changed greatly since this item was released. So this is really not the fault of the vendor. All items in the marketplace that were created for Daz Studio 4 and higher will have that software designation on the required software. Just for future reference.
