I would start with as above Event Viewer(Control Panel->Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer-> Windows logs ) and check drivers as well,not sure which drivers drivers are you using but I usually don't update drivers every time they're put something new to them,last time I did updated drivers and went through the hell as every time I tried to render,rendering stopped

Check temperatures if they're OK,download HWiNFO or SIV64 or any good monitoring utility like is GPU-Z but in yours case I would check if CPU is not overheating etc

Regarding TDR check this plugin it will change TDR for you but as first I would check temperatures if they're OK and not high,this guy is behind the DDU which I use for uninstalling GPU drivers
