What should I do when there was an error at checkout? On the Renderosity side, the order was not successfully processed, but on my bank account, money has been withdrawn. So now I am in the situation where I have paid but can not download the products that I bought :(

Anyone? I can't find any other place to ask this question and my email to store@renderosity.com is still unanswered...
