This usually happens if there was a problem with payment. Usually the zip-code or the CSV didn't match. Or If it was a prepaid card then you need to call and register that card. As of now there is no order placed so what you are seeing is a hold placed on your account. This will fall off in 5 to 7 business days or you can call the provider of the card and ask them to release the funds sooner.
