I have not seen an email from you. I apologize for that. We need the order number you first purchased the item on and then the second order number. Try sending that to jennblake@renderosity.com please? Then post in here again telling me it was sent so I can see if we got it. Again, I am sorry. We have had some issues with mail being blocked as spam from certain email services.
