Assuming (not necessarily so) you have locked them, Select the camera in question, then Click Object > Click Lock Object if there is a check beside it.

Please try saving your scene and closing and reloading Poser. Close other programs you may have open. If your scene is large or you have limited RAM, Poser becomes sluggish.
