You have to post work the images no matter which program you are using. I don't see that many online comics that use the renders without it (yes, I KNOW there are exceptions like erogenesis). So either program will give you what you want.

Asking that just invites a flame war, because everyone is opinionated and convinced they are right, and only their personal choice of software is the correct choice. It was stated earlier: try them both and see which one suits you best.
