Althought I use Photoshop my self I recently found a great FREE paint program called GIMP. GIMP has almost all the functions of Photoshop/Paintshop and...did I mention it's FREE! Check out http://www.gimp.org (found it while setting up my new Linux box and there is a Windows version too) .....did I mention the word FREE???!!
