Hi I purchased Biscuits BOGO item last Saturday when it was eligible for a BOGO gift. Unfortunately it did not work and I did not receive any free item. Can you please look into this? I only noticed it today as I did not get to download before. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi.

If you have purchased all of the available free items in the BOGO it will not gift one to you upon purchase. I will ask the vendor if there is another item she could give you. 😄
