You don't have to go through all of that. Poser and the M4/V4 figures will work just fine with Poser in its default directory and the runtime in the documents directory as I described in the other thread.

Just use the daz install manager to install all of your M4 files to your designated Poser runtime. You don't have to mess with the Exp scripts or none of that if you let the install manager install the files. And the runtime will still work with any version of Poser you use. You can even move the runtime to another drive later and it will still work, you just have to point Poser's library to the new location if you move it. I've done this so I know it works.
