I'm still not entirely sure whether it is 'conforming' clothes or 'dynamic' clothes you're using. You've mentioned the clothes doesn't move with the pose. If it's conforming, which assume it is more, since you're talking about morphs and pokes, you just need to conform it first if you haven't. Then follow the suggestions stated by @Nails60 above, it should help. Dynamic clothes really does not poke at all when done right. There are plenty of good tutorials on youtube regarding both conforming and dynamic clothes.
