Emails are done at the end of each month to let everyone know what is coming up for the next month and any possible promotions you can join in. I used to do 1 long email, and I got many requests to do each promotion in a separate email, and it seems to work well. We do this once a month. And I will not be changing how it is done.

You should be the one who has to make up all the sales, and send out all those notifications and then get everything in place! lol I know it's a handful!
