At first I thought it was the Aiko 6 model, I just checked all my possible characters based off Genesis 2, I couldn't match any up. What you could try, is go into your Install Manager and un install the Genesis 2 female starter essentials. Reinstall them. I lost some of my content a few weeks ago, so I re installed the products and somehow it reset everything within the program.
