I have created a set of MD sloper files (MD version 7) for each of the major PE morphs. Each is fitted to the particular shape/size of the PE morphs, and are close-fitting without being so tightly stretched that there are intersection issues in the Poser Cloth Room (if that is your intended usage). This will allow any MD user to cut/slash/create garments of their own design, for any of those morphs, which should fit well in dynamic simulations.

These are basic pattern blocks, only, so you will have to add your own creativity. Have fun.
